Comment: These are "ground beef," meaning from any part of the cow; the ones I tried had a liver flavor, I disliked both the flavor and texture.

Comment: I have wanted to try Omaha Steaks since they sent ne an advertisement for a trial sampler box for $50.00. But never did. I do like the Omaha Steaks products. And they are still in the chilled condition when they arrive by UPS. They make a nice treat. Kinda like Gevalia coffees seemed like a sunday treat to me.
