Our chemists have formulated a more effective rust converter. This formulation consists of Rust Converter Part A & Wetting Agent Part B. The combined components more effectively wet, penetrate and react with steel and rust while minimizing air bubbles. Applies by brushing, dipping or spraying. It adheres to bare or rusty steel, and can be topcoated with most coatings. In fact, we recommend top coating with Eastwood Rust Encapsulator for even greater durability. Rust Converter, pt. A. is mixed 4 parts to 1 part 12258ZP Rust Converter Wetting Agent Pt. B. This kit includes 1 Gallon Part A and 1 quart Part B.
