Two separate storage areas keep forms and supplies organized. Lower compartment has 1 capacity and features a built-in pen tray. Upper compartment provides an additional 7/16 of storage capacity. Divider tray between compartments can be removed to create one large compartment. Self-locking latch keeps lid tightly closed, protecting contents from elements. Non-skid cork backing strips. Summary: Almost Perfect
Comment: Just right for my needs as a tow-truck driver. Holds book of forms, notes, maps, and my Starbucks card. Only irritating thing about it is the dual-sided clip securing the inner shelp either lets go too easily or is reluctant to re-engage. A bit of manipulation usually fixes it, though. Very sturdy and durable. Shiny,too!

Comment: I can't believe this product got 5 stars from another costumer. It is of the flimsiest quality and has no duribilty. The clasps make it difficult to open and even interferes with closing it. For the price and high shipping one would expect far superior quality.
