Comment: Well they do what they say. One side of the box opens up with a little cutout on top so you can quickly slide your finger against it to pull out just one. They worked great to separate the burger patties I made with my new press. These would also work well to separate cheese if you slice it yourself. There's like 1000 per box, and I used 12 to make 10 1/2-lb patties (one on top of each stack), so it's going to be a long time before I need more.
