Summary: The product itself is outstanding, BUT there are negatives...
Comment: The shipping carton was in fine condition when it arrived. The protective packaging was more than sufficient. But the bowl itself in its plastic bag was considerably bent and dented, obviously packed that way. I had to fix it in my shop. It remains with a slightly distressed look which, as it ages, will likely not be objectionable. However, my expectation was that the vendor would have practiced more effective quality control.

Summary: copper bird bath purchase
Comment: The bird bath I purchased is excellent and is solid copper...just what I was looking for. It arrived expeditiously and in perfect condition. I previously had purchased a copper birdbath from another company which lasted only a few months before rusting. It apparently was not solid copper.
