Summary: Better than they used to be
Comment: Same old concept, but better. Obviously works like any other, but the fabric is the differance. Breaths, stretches and moves with you better. Unlike the old jocks, this one is just as comfortable as a jock (for running, under swim trunks, etc.) as it is as a cup supporter so no need to have both in the bag.
