Comment: I've had fun arguing with this GPS when it tells me to turn right then turn around. It finds where I am quickly, but sometimes picks some odd routes to get other places.

Comment: This is my first GPS system and I must say how pleased I am. Straight out of the box, this little beauty is intuitive to use and works great. It had no issues with acquiring a good satellite signal. While driving in construction traffic, the little reroute icon popped up right on time to take us a faster way. Another cool experience was that just for fun I had it route me to work using the shortest distance. This smart little machine actually found a new way for me to go to work that saves me time and gas money.
I was a little hesitant to order a refurbished unit, but those qualms went away as soon as I opened the package. Everything is included and it is as good as new as far as I am concerned. Buying refurbished helped me to easily afford an item that was selling for double what I paid for it at other places.
It is a fabulous unit at a very affordable price.

Comment: The maestro is light , slim and relative easy to use. I have this model and the roadmate 2000. the 2000 does the same things, is a bit easier to use and has a greater variety of map colors. The 2000 also seems to recalculate much faster when you miss a turn.

Comment: opened box, installed in car, input address, arrived without problems! never read the instructions, threw away paper maps, never looked back. love it!
and the mount is super too.
