If your reasons for getting reissued are true and unique they will reissue another license key without letting you go through a lot of work. Just shoot them an email and they will respond to you with in a day. Great service people. Good Job.
About the product itself. It has significant amount of practice questions for angle ranking, cube counting and hole punching. Along with these practice questions it also comes with 10 PAT tests which will let you analyze each and every question in the test. Great product if you trying to learn where you stand and how much practice you need to crack the PAT portion of DAT. CRACK the DAT people could enhance this product by including more practice problems for TFE, Key Holes and pattern folding. But On the whole This product is amazingly helpful and the customer service was just how I wanted it to be. GREAT.
