Comment: I had a cheaper "star" version of the Phiten necklace and although I wouldn't call it magic it did seem to help muscle pain in the upper body brought on by workouts. All of the MLB Phiten necklaces are the X30 type and I wasn't sure I wanted to wear a baseball team necklace so I was glad I found this version, its the X30, which apparently means is has 30 times more of the titanium in it, but it looked a lot better than the baseball team one.
So to the real question, how does it work? Well as I said I all ready had one of the cheaper versions and I found some, not a huge, effect from that. Is this one much more effective? I honestly cant say that there's enough of a difference to totally justify paying twice as much as the cheaper version. I do think it does something, I recover faster and seem to be stronger in upper body exercises with it. But is it noticeably better than the "star" version and worth twice the price, I'm not so sure about that. But then again I didn't think it would have some magic powers to take away muscle soreness but to me it does seem to reduce it and make recovery faster so I'm pleased with it. It also looks good and the styles are better looking than the styles of the "star" version. So, if you don't have unrealistic expectations about what it will do for you I can recommend this product or the cheaper "star" version if you want to save some money.

Summary: Amazing help for body pains
Comment: I have purchased this necklace because of lower back pain and I have to say "It has helped me a lot!" My friends asked me what the heck was what I had on me and I explained them and even made a test to them. Next thing you know they are amazed of the strength they feel and start asking me where did I get it.
I am buying one for my wife as well!!!
