Summary: trouble.....
Comment: I have had several of these and I thought I would really like this one. This one binds really bad on opening and closeing to the pliers. I am an electrican who deals with a lot of four foot tubes that you have to bend the ends off to know where you are in a case. Try doing doing that with tubes in your hands and trying to open up a stubborn leatherman. Not good.
The rest of it is top notch

Summary: The PERFECT Multitool!
Comment: wow! I'll start off by saying that I have owned a Leatherman SUPERTOOL since 2000. I bought that tool on my first deployment to Kuwait for Operation Southern Watch. I have used that tool thru 7 more 120 day deployments as a jet engine mechani to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Kuwait and Africa. I have abused that tool and it has not failed me yet. I still have the supertool but I saw the 25 Anniversary Edition and just had to get it. The Wave looks WAY better in person. The picture doesnt show how highly polished this thing really is. It's the standard Leatherman Wave, the only difference is the high polish, 25 Anniv with signature emblem and the silver/gray nylon sheath with the 25 yr Anniv logo attached to the front. All in all the Wave multitool is the best on the market and now you can buy this upgraded one for the same price as you can get the regular Wave at most stores. BUY this with confidence, you wont regret it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Comment: I have been using Leatherman ever since I started sailing. It's an amazing tool that will keep you prepared for any situation. The leatherman is not only great for the outdoors, as it is also a great tool for DIYers, hobbyists, and hackers.
If you are someone who needs different screwdriver bits like I am, consider purchasing the Leatherman 934870 42 Bit Assortment with Nylon Sheath.
