Summary: great deal, if not a 'perfect' chair
Comment: bought it because I love these chairs and where else will you find for this price WITH the ottoman. It does take a hit being shipped from mfgr to Amazon and then to customer. But if ANY parts are missing, call the mfgr's 800# and they'll take care of. As it turned out, after shaking the box around, I did have all the parts. Once it's together and I got to sit in it, I smiled knowing I have a chair I love,with the ottoman, for the best price around...even though one of the slats is gouged from shipping. Get out the touch up and get over it, I say!

Summary: Great Deal for the Price!
Comment: The chair came undamaged and with all needed parts. Put it together in 30 minutes by myself while 6 months pregnant. Comfortable to sit in and feels sturdy. We'll be getting another!
