Comment: I inflated this with my own lungs... good exercise on its own. Followed the directions enclosed. Not a problem, just make sure that you don't throw away the directions as packing slip.

Comment: I purchased an exercise ball by the recommendation of my chiropractor for specific stretchs and exercises. Since I was unfamilar with them I would have to say that there product description really helped to make the correct purchase. I would also recommend that if you purchase one to make sure that you get the measuring tool to help inflat the ball which came with this one and the inflat tool and plug for the ball.
