Customer Rating: Summary: ideal benefit game Comment: we had a mush ball tourney for a friend of mine with of breast cancer. we use the MacGregor ball and they work great everyone loved the event . fun and raising money for a great cause.
Customer Rating: Summary: "Soft" Ball My Rear End! Comment: Yeah, right. Take a line drive to the jewels with one of these and then tell me this is soft. I was calling it a lot of things when I woke up, but a "soft" ball was not one of them.
Customer Rating: Summary: Great for picnics. Comment: I purchased two softballs and they were a hit at my wife's family reunion. You don't need gloves (although, you could use them). Just a bat and the balls will allow you to play. We use the rule bounce or fly; catch the ball on a single bounce or fly & the batter's out. Highly recommended. P.S. Yes, I grew up in Chicago.
Customer Rating: Summary: Happy to Find It Comment: My husband wanted to replace a 30+ year old softball that his family had used in Chicago. He didn't think they still made them, but they do. This is nice for working with children who are just learning the game.
Customer Rating: Summary: chicago 16" Softball Comment: A 16" softball makes it easier to play with a family reunion. No one needs a glove, especially after the ball softens up. It's easier to hit. The balldoes not fly as far allowing you to use a smaller field.
