"Sample two great breads for a little bit of money. This package contains two mixes: Idaho Potato White Bread and Country Farm Oat Bread. Each mix makes a large loaf. SAF yeast packets are enclosed. You provide only water and butter/oil. Directions and tips for perfect bread are included. You can make this bread in your bread machine, by hand, or with a stand-type mixer. We took two of our favorite bread machine mixes and put them in a single package. These are great loaves that you can serve to family or friends. In the Idaho Potato White Bread, you will find potato flour. Bakers use potato flour to keep bread soft and moist. It imparts just a hint of sourdough-like flavor. The oats in Country Farm Oat Bread make for a moist, chewy loaf. You will love both breads.
