Stamina is the fourth CD in Ariella Vaccarino's popular Voice Lesson To Go series. It is compiled of vocal exercises designed to challenge and strengthen any singers abilities. The vocal program in Stamina will train the singer, like an athlete, in building abdominal strength and vocal endurance. This is the most advanced of all of the Voice Lessons To Go CDs and is designed to challenge the singer.
In Part 1 of Stamina, Ariella Vaccarino introduces, and walks you through each new exercise. Once mastered, you can sing freely without any interruptions to part 2 which is straight piano accompaniment to all the vocalizes.
Ariella Vaccarino is a highly demanded voice teacher in Los Angeles California and has been teaching for over 15 years. She is an accomplished Opera singer who attended USC and has sung on many films. She is creator of all four volumes of Voice Lessons To Go: v.1 Vocalize and Breath, v.2 Do Re Mi Ear and Pitch Training, v.3 Pure Vowels, and V. 4 Stamina.
Voice Lessons To Go was started with the intention and desire of Ariella Vaccarino to make singing available to anyone anywhere who wanted to learn healthy singing technique and to improve their voice no matter their level.

Summary: intelligent teaching at its best
Comment: Ariella V. definetly knows her stuff. I've tried several vocal cds and when I got to stamina its when I started seeing results and of course that led me to buy the collection. I like the way she shows you how to visualize how to produce a better sound and create power while keeping a relaxed throat. I have definetly raised to the next level with her collection. But you have to work with the cds until you master them but the way the she teaches on the cd I would compare to the next best thing to having a private teacher and as she states shes not there to hear you so you have to follow her intructions and listen and make your own evaluations and vocal adjustments.

Comment: This is so helpful in warming up my voice and it's done more than that. It has increased my range, because it challenges you to hit higher higher notes.
As for stamina, it helps with that too, because it makes it fun to do more and more vocal exercises.
I have all of the volumes of Voice Lessons to Go (they're all very good!), it would be nice to more than just these four. It's great a variety of vocal exercises.

Comment: I'm not a professional singer, just somebody who wants to have a relatively decent singing voice during those karaoke sing-alongs with friends. I bought a couple of books but those did not help much. Bought this one and whoa, just after a month, my voice actually improved and I even have more confidence now! This practice lessons simply works! As a matter of fact, I already ordered the rest of the series (up to #4).
