Summary: It's a neti pot
Comment: Kind of hard to go wrong with this product. It's a plastic pot that fits in your nose. I do highly recommend neti washing; it's kept my nose clear for practicing Qigong and has kept my allergies to a minimum this season. I suppose my only qualm would be that they called it "non-breakable" instead of simply plastic. I would definitely recommend a plastic neti pot over a ceramic one.

Comment: This neti pot is lightweight with a gently rounded, comfortable spout. Since it's non-breakable, I can toss it, without fear of damage, into a bathroom drawer between uses.
The accompanying instructions are simple and clear, and following them makes the technique easy to master. I've been amazed and delighted at how clear, clean and relieved my nasal passages feel after using this excellent product.

Summary: I love the Neti Pot!
Comment: I bought this hoping that it would help my allergies and hay fever. I use it once in the morning and once before bed. It has helped greatly, and now I rarely take over-the-counter sinus medicine. I have used it for several weeks now. I didn't buy the salt that is sold here. I just bought non-iodized salt from the grocery store. I put 8 oz. through each nostril whenever I do it. If I'm feeling particularly congested, I do it more than 2x/day. I feel much better and am now hooked on the neti pot.

Comment: I am a seasonal allergy sufferer and this Fall just about did me in, until I used the neti pot. My stuffed up pained head is now clear and pain-free. Twice a week usage works for me....during pollen season.
