Summary: It was okay....
Comment: I am a HUGE fan of Jackass and Viva la Bam, I thought that this was going to be really good, and funny. But...it wasnt the greatest, don't get me wrong though it did have a few good parts I just wish it would have been a little better. I don't regret buying it, its still a good addition to my Jackass, Viva la Bam collection.

Summary: Disappointing and annoying . . .
Comment: I had high hopes for this video -- after all, how can you possibly go wrong with a video about an illegal 3000 mile road race? But then I watched it . . . .
Annoying, spoiled richboys continually bragging about driving "3000 miles in 10 days" . . . wow, I once drove 2000 miles in under 48 hours . . . in a moving truck . . . which I slept in (and I know folks who've made far better time . . . on a motorcycle). Their fancy vehicles are flown from continent to continent, and they drive for a few hours before pulling into a 5-star hotel or a palace to be pampered and given a sumptuous feast before sleeping in a private suite. But yet they whine about how hard they have it, "we were sitting in that car for 4 hours!"
In the special features. we get to follow the spoiled millionaire cityboys as they trash a low-paid transportation worker's personal vehicle, since they suspect him of being the one who dared to do a donut in Bam's "Lambo", then they badmouth their girlfriends, plan a drug buy, and joke about their cross-country beat off contest (in the car and in the hotels). I was truly disgusted and wanted to kick each of them in the head.
I'm giving it 2 stars because it was interesting to see the cars and there was one wreck caught on film, but if you're expecting a "race" or even a "driving" flick (as I was) you'll be disappointed . . . probably 75% of the footage is the drivers goofing off during their many rest stops. But fans of "Jackass" will probably appreciate it, as they seem to be the target audience.

Summary: Finally a REAL film about the REAL race.
Comment: For a lot of us in the USA we've grown up with the films Gumball, Gumball Rally, Cannonball, and Cannonball Run I & II. Well this film finally shows the true race and all the insanity and hilarity it encompasses. A great for Jackasser's and X-Gamer's. By the way, the actual Gumball 3000 race in August 2008 runs from San Francisco, LA, San Diego, Vegas, and eventually to North Korea and China for the Olympics.

Summary: The best Gumball EVER!!!
Comment: This is a must buy, you don't even need to see it to know that it is worth the money. It is so funny and the music makes it even better. It is such a fun thing to watch and all that goes on. NO sleep, drinking, swearing, skateboarding, biking, eating crickets, and just plain AWESOMENESS. This is a must buy, it is so funny and everything about it makes me want to do the gumball rally thing. I never thought that this would be so good but it really was. If there is a soundtrack to this I want it. This is so great and there is so much fun packed into this DVD. I have to say that I have never been as happy with a purchase as this one.
