Comment: Bought this monitor about August 15 2008.Worked great for about 4 months then the screen just blacked out.Called about the 3 year warranty and they ok'ed the return. What I found out was you had to pack and pay return fee [$50.00]thats almost what it cost new.Buy a HP and pay a little more I had to return a HP printer and they paid postage both ways.

Summary: great monitor for the price
Comment: So far i have purchased 9 of these monitors for our office. We have had no problems with them. They look great on the desk and the widescreen is perfect for having multiple applications open at one time. I have 4 more to purchase to complete the switch and they will all be viewsonics. My only suggestion is that you price check. I have found the same monitor for $188 to $259.
