I used to get horrible toe and foot cramps and cramps up the sides of my legs, especially when I wore high heels all day or did a lot of walking. Since I've been using Healthy Toes, I haven't had any more painful cramps. I wear them just about every evening. I recommended this product to my mom who stands all day and has horrible arthritis in her feet. She has also noticed an improvement in how her feet generally feel--they're not as achy. Plus because you can't walk around in them, it makes you take a little time to put your feet up--a little time for yourself. It's great for pedicures too!

Comment: I was quite skeptical about YogaToes at first. I couldn't really understand the concept but I went ahead and tried them and I must say they REALLY DO HELP!!
Before I started using HealthyToes my feet would ache for days and no amount of massaging could relieve the cramps, but once I started using these toe stretchers the knots became less frequent and less painful.
They're not a 'cure' for foot problems but the relief lasts for days and as soon as my feet start to ache again I just put them on for 30 mins. and my feet feel fine again. I work on my feet all day so they're great to have while vegging out in front of the TV or working on my computer.
They do feel a little funny at first but you can really feel everything circulating properly. I let my mother try them once and she asked me to buy her a pair!

Comment: They were delivered promptly and work well! I haven't had my dreaded foot cramps for a few weeks now! They can get a bit uncomfortable if I'm not distracted but I think I may just need more time and consistency using them. Well worth the money!!!
