The Foot Petals Tip Toes, Forefoot Cushion High Heels stops feet from sliding forward in high heeled shoes. It cushions the sensitive ball-of-foot area, protects bones and tissue, and thus helps prevent blisters and calluses from forming.

Customer Rating: Summary: Ehh..its ok Comment: I thought these would be better than Dr. Scholls, but their about the same. It's a little bit thinner, which has its pros and cons.
Pro: its thinner, which allows for more space for my feet in heels.
Con: still thick enough that it pushes my foot up into the straps which is really uncomfortable. Since it is thinner, it doesn't provide as much comfort either.
Overall, its not worth the extra money. Go with Dr. Scholls
Customer Rating: Summary: Good foundation, needs work Comment: I have always loved heels but have suffered with the pain they bring, especially in the balls of my feet. I recently set out to find the best product to alleviate this discomfort and my search revealed foot petals.
Originally, I was skeptical because many inserts provide just temporary relief but foot petals pride themself on being made of a material of higher quality than typical gel inserts - Poron. Foot Petals Tip Toes are also the lowest priced item I considered. I chose the Tip Toes in black.
Originally, I recieved the inserts and applied them into my shoes which was a bit tricky. I think these would be easier to place in an open toed, strappy type shoe. Mine are closed toed and the toe box is rather rigid so finding the perfect position wasn't as easy as I would have prefered.
After changing position once or twice, I quickly found a comfortable spot for the isnert in my right shoe but I was not so lucky with my left. Although Foot Petals are rather thin (betwen 1/4 and 1/2 inch), my shoes weren't very loose and my left foot must be slightly larger than my right because I still have not found a very comfortable position. I would be wary if your shoes are snug and find a smaller insert or go up half a size.
I've worn these foot petals in my shoes a handful of times and, generally, it has decreased the discomfort which comes from wearing heels but it still is only a temporary solution. The Tip Toes are soft against my feet but, after standing for a 3 hours at work, my feet still hurt albeit less than without foot petals.
Also, I'm sad to say that the adhesive is already wearing down. It wasn't high quality to begin with and apepared to be on a 1 inch long piece of double stick tape which, honestly, I could have done myself. It's easy to replace but the residue is stuck on my shoes and it doesn't seem like I'll be able to wear them without Foot Petals (or another insert) again.
Overall, these are cute and soft inserts which work well in most shoes (but be aware if yours are snug) and do provide temporary relief. They would be great for a party but a long day at work requires more.
