Comment: When I was suffering from sciatica a friend loaned me her back massager with heat; it helped so much that I ordered my own. I found this Homedics model much better than the one I had borrowed (which came from a different manufacturer and was more expensive). Mine was quieter and had more massage and heat areas; I feel it helped me recover more quickly. Now that I'm not suffering from the pain I previously had, I still use my back massager almost nightly because it feels so good!

Comment: The Homedics BKP-200 does all it says it can. Two levels of massage with a touch of heat have done wonders for my shoulders, back, and thighs. It is easy to use, and packs away easily when not in use.

Comment: Amazon screwed me big time. I bought 2 items with a 30 dollar discount. Second item cancelled and my discount becasue they did not have my street addrses. Street address was on the notice the company sent me telling me they did not have it. Three attempts to get Amazon to do something got me no where. They said I had to contact the seller. I ordered it from Amazon but they took no interest in fixing the problem ---said they contracted it to another company. I will NOT be ordering from Amazon again. Other company just ignored my e-mails.
