Summary: Love this product, but.........
Comment: I love this product and have used it for years. I routinely (every couple of weeks) treat the baseboards, under cabinets, etc. when I'm cleaning house to maintain an effective barrier. It's fresh mint smell is pleasant and the mint oil works effectively to kill insects without jeopardizing family or pets with dangerous chemicals or scents to trigger allergies or asthma. My kids use it in their apartments and dorm rooms to ward off potential problems from neighbors. The "but" comes from being unhappy with the vendor from whom I attempted to purchase this time. The product never made it to me and during tracking it appears it arrived in my state as "package damaged, product missing". The vendor had to be contacted a couple of times before they responded to my email with an "we'll check into it" and "it will take several weeks to issue a credit" email. I contacted my credit card company to have the charges reversed. My order was over a month ago and still haven't heard from the vendor. While I will definitely use this product again and again, I won't buy from Ace.
