This really is good cocoa, much better than that found in the stores. It is used by the best bakers and pastry chefs in Europe and America. It will make a difference in your recipes.
This is terrific, Dutch-processed cocoa powder imported from France. It is finer ground and richer than most American cocoa powders but not quite as rich and with a mellower tone than our Deep Rich cocoa powder. It makes for richer, deeper chocolate flavored baked goods than most cocoa powders sold in the stores.
This is a high cocoa butter content cocoa powder--16/18 DP. Many store brands only have 8/10.
