Customer Rating: Summary: Great Product!! Comment: My 3 1/2 year old son plays with this all the time. It is smaller than it seems in the picture, but each puzzle is a good size for him to do start to finish by himself (on a good day). This was money well spent.
Customer Rating: Summary: Wonderful puzzle for toddlers Comment: This puzzle set, and the others offered, are great for my just-turned-two- year-old. He loves the pictures, and after a little guidance at the beginning, was mastering the puzzles rather rapidly. Now he enjoys noticing how to sort the different pieces to understand which one goes with which puzzle.
The puzzles are seem very durable too, wood pieces in a wood box. We will see how they hold up over the years for the next child, as we have only had them 2 weeks! I also love that the puzzle can be assembled on the lid.
Overall, I am very impressed with these puzzles and will definately buy more for friends and family (we already bought 4 different ones for our son, which shows how much we liked them).
Customer Rating: Summary: Another Great From Melissa & Doug Comment: Usually, I order the 36 piece puzzles for my Grandsons. The eldest is 5 years and his very capable brother is 3 years. The younger brother is
especially fond of puzzles and has been copying his older brother's
interests since he was 18 months. He will start a puzzle and complete it
without looking at the box front,to my amazement.I ordered the four set
piece because he can do it in a smaller space. Also,he is at the age where
he likes to put everthing back in its place.....and then start all over
again. He ususally likes a companion but he can also do them by himself.
I like the quality of these puzzles, they don't wear out.I am always
amazed how most small children like the same toys that have appealed
to other generations.Puzzles are fun, help hand eye co-ordination,teach
shapes, but mainly give the child the satisfaction of completing a task
by themselves.I give this one 5 stars. kathehemmer2
Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect for the 3 year old boy! Comment: My 3 year old son loves these puzzles. They were difficult for him at first but it only took a day for him to learn to put them together all by himself. He loves to do them over and over. He feels so proud of himself. And, it's great that they store organized by vehicle in separate slots in the box they came in.
Customer Rating: Summary: Easy to use & store Comment: My 3 year-old son got this for Christmas. He asks to play with it every other day or so. It's not too difficult for him, but he does need help. I like that the pieces all store in the box, so they don't get lost. The markings on the back make it easy to sort out which pieces go to which puzzle. There are only 12 pieces per puzzle, so it doesn't take too long to put all 4 together. We also love that you can use the lid of the box to put the pieces together on, rather than having to use the floor or a table. For the price and the variety, it's a perfect puzzle for a preschooler.
