Summary: Not a reliable product
Comment: I bought several products from this company and have used them for several years. The products are all barely functional at best. I bought several transmitters and receivers and have been extremely disappointed in the results. The motion sensor will frequently not turn the lights on or will leave them on even with only a few feet between the transmitter and receiver. Stay away from these products.

Comment: I bought this item from amazon, installed it as the manual shows. It worked wrong from the beginning. The incandecent light was going on and off by itself with no reason.
I returned the item to amazon, and I still have not see my credit back. Stay away from this product
