The Bahco Forestry Bypass Loppers are heavy duty loppers for cutting thick (up to 2" diameter) branches. Similar to other bypass loppers by Bahco, these loppers incorporate offset pivot bolts that help create a slicing motion when cutting. This design feature helps spread wear more evenly over the blade and produces a smoother cut. A hook shaped counter blade enables a larger cutting diameter and holds the branch steady during the cut.
