2. To obtain warranty service, you must mail the original receipt with the Return Form section filled out and the BraBall® freight prepaid to the address below. If you've lost your original receipt, a printout of your emailed receipt along with a copy of the Return Form found at the link below, will suffice.

So, what's the differences between BraBall, the original bra saver, and the competitor's product? Ours has proved itself in over a thousand full-cycle washing tests, while the copycat product comes apart in the washing machine, the bra straps come through the large, gapping holes, and the loose inner ball does not secure the bra in a fixed position, thus enabling the cups to slip out of position, defeating the very object of its use.
Our inner "ball" is non-geometrically contoured to fit even the most heavily padded bras, and is coupled to the outer shell so that it's securely held in place during machine washing. This is essential because you don't want the bra cups to switch places, bunch up, and tangle especially during the spin cycle.

Comment: BraBall - The Original Patented Bra Washing Ball I received the BraBall after the predicted time schedule, and I noticed that I would have to use the delicate wash cycle. This somewhat annoyed me, because I usually wash one load of clothing using cold water, on the regular cycle. (There is not enough to wash more than one load.) Did this mean I would have to wash two loads just to accommodate my bras? The first time I used the ball, I was tired, and I filled the ball with two bras at one time. Two bras in the ball washed wonderfully well.
Also, when I was grumpy about using the delicate cycle for everything I had to wash, I found that the clothes were not as wet as I thought they would be when that cycle was done. The BraBall actually did the rest of my clothes a favor. Now all my clothes will be treated gently.

Summary: Perfect solution, if your bra fits
Comment: I saw a similar product in a catalog on an airplane. When I did some research online, it became clear that the original BraBall was a better product than the imitation that I had seen in the catalog. Now that it has been delivered, I still agree with that conclusion. It is heavy-duty plastic, with stainless steel hinges, and a sturdy lock. It would be perfect, except my bra doesn't fit. Keep in mind that the shape of an underwire gets wider, even within the same cup size, as the band size (chest size) increases. I have no doubt that some C cups will fit as advertised. However, my 40B Ambrielle push-up bra does not fit because the underwires are too wide. The BraBall is a perfect circle. If it were egg-shaped, my bra would fit. I have been losing weight recently, so I will keep the BraBall and hope that future bras will fit better. The interior width of the BraBall appears to be about 5.5 inches. Before buying, measure your underwire from outside edge to outside edge at its widest place to see if your bra will fit with little or no distortion.

Summary: it's a miracle; why is it such a secret??
Comment: i splurged on this weird ball shaped thing on a whim and because of the raving reviews. i was almost suspicious of all the reviews even. after the first wash with an expensive push-up victoria's secret bra resulted in a spotless & in original shape bra, my suspicions were allayed and i am now a serious fan. holy smokes, this item seriously needs more publicity. i've also discovered a new secret gift for my fellow ladies. please feel free to ask questions. this thing fit into our stackable washer. screw handwashing!!!

Comment: At first I balked at the price, but ended up buying two because now I won't do laundry without it. Have always thrown my bras in the washer to disastrous effect, sometimes taking 5 minutes to untangle the mess of straps and snagged lace. Was ecstatic to see someone thought of a solution to this common problem! Bras now wash perfectly.
You can wash multiple bras in these, but I don't recommend more than two at a time, or one bra with matching panties, as the unit gets difficult to close if overstuffed. Agree with other reviewers that you should check to make sure it will fit in your washer if you have the center agitator style. If you have the large capacity type (e.g. can fit a comforter in there) it's probably not an issue.
