Summary: Pay attention to the sizing chart.
Comment: These shorts would have been fine, I think, but they were too small for me. I wanted a medium, but that size wasn't available, so I bought small. Couldn't get them zipped. The zipper doesn't have a placket beneath it near your skin, so your skin could definitely get caught, so keep that in mind. There was also a 15% restocking fee when I returned them. I bought a pair of Weider shorts like this that work pretty well. (At least they definitely make me sweat, whether or not it really promotes size loss I haven't figured out yet.)

Comment: I really loved that shorts!!!! You sweat a lot, especially if you running. I found it usefull to wear leggins underneath the shorts, so it's easier to pull them out after workout.
I would highly recomend this shorts to girls who want to lose fat on hips and bottom, it's hurdest areas to loose.

Summary: Makes you SWEAT! yeah
Comment: If you want to sweat these are the workout shorts for you. I wear them running and the sweat runs down my legs into my shoes! The shorts are snug, but thats OK with me. I safety pin the zipper at the top while working out because it does slide down. The high waist rolls over on me because I am short waisted. I still like them though, they work, my legs are looking better.

Summary: best money I ever spent
Comment: Before I tried these shorts I spent a small fortune on laser cellulite removal. In the end the pricey procedure was a complete waste of time and money and these shorts have been surprisingly effective at cellulite reduction. I wore them for 25 minutes on the stair climber two times a week and lost pounds and inches around my waist, hips and thighs. Without the shorts I didn't lose anything. Enough said.

Summary: Cellulite reducing shorts?
Comment: These shorts actually do immediately reduce the appearance of cellulite for a time. The effect doesn't last very long (a couple of hours maybe), however after several weeks of use, I'm noticing an overall reduction that does last. The only drawback is the strong chemical/plastic smell. I've washed the shorts many times and the smell is only slightly diminished... I wonder if the chemicals are also being absorbed by the skin?
