It is one of the only, if not the only model of pregnancy pillow with two different shapes for support. The body pillow from Leachco was designed by a registered nurse to meet the needs of expectant and new mothers. It is the total body maternity pillow. The body pillow from Leachco features three specially designed shapes which connect to work together as one and lend support. The All Nighter features a shorter, wider section for upper body support. In the middle of the body pillow is a longer, rounder section for shoulders, back, buttocks and legs. The Leachco body pillow lends support for carpal tunnel syndrome, hemorrhoids and gastric reflux to name a few. This maternity pillow is great even after pregnancy ends. It is a great body pillow for any adult.

Comment: This is an awesome pillow. It provides not only comfort but stability against the back which I especially like since I tend to roll on my back while sleeping and after a certain point this is a no-no. It's versatility is supreme. It is like curling up into a cocoon. I'd not only recommend it but got one for my sister and my friend has one too!

I ordered the Leach All Nighter - Total Body Pillow for my wife because I wanted to help. I know she's going through a hard time carrying our fourth baby. The Total Body Pillow seemed like the best thing I can do for her.
The price was right and I liked the idea. In use, it feels as if you're floating on water, almost. In sleep it cuddles you as you cuddle it which gives a very comforting feeling.
The body pillow is a huge thing, and you really need a king size bed if you plan to sleep next to your wife.

Comment: I had problem sleeping, during the days could not work. then I found this very comfortable pregnancy pillow. I can sleep well then.
fast shipping. the problem is the fabric of the cover, I have to use my sheet which has high thread counts to cover it. I also have to use my regular pillow in addition, since with this pregnancy pillow sometime I have problem with neck.
Pregnant women should get this pillow as earlier as possible.
