Comment: This shredder has been working well for me now that I have worked out how to treat it. I give it just one sheet at a time (any more and it struggles), and when I hear it starting to slow down I know its getting full and its time to pop the lid off and stamp on the shredded paper a few times to tamp it down.
Whatever you do, don't hit the reverse button when it starts to slow down without checking first to see whether its getting full. If you hit reverse when the bin is full it will suck up the shredded paper from the bin and cause a real jam.

Comment: This is the best paper Shredder that i purchased. I used other brands before just to save some money. but they dont last. so i decided to get the fellows. And im very happy w/ the performance and shipping from amazon is fast. thanks.. Highly reccomended..A+++

Comment: I chose this shredder based on the reviews here. I don't know if I just got a lemon but I am very disappointed and want my baby shredder back! It constantly stops in the middle of use and I mean with only 1-3 pieces of paper. I have to wait until it stops completely to put in more. My old one you could continue to add more while it was going. It stops in the middle and you have to reverse it to get it going again. I thought I was upgrading but think it is a downgrade. If it weren't for the cost of shipping I would return it.

Summary: its ok for the price
Comment: This shredder is pretty good for the price. I wanted something that does confetti shredding as opposed to just the strips. This does the confetti. It does fill up pretty quickly, but that's understood since it's a small household shredder. The 2 cons to this shredder are: 1)it does not shred 8 pages as it claims. You can only do about 4 without it jamming. 2)it does not shred cds. It does not claim to shred cds, but that might be something to look into before buying this shredder. I have not tried a credit card yet, so I'm not sure if it does it like it claims to. As far a durability, I have only had it 3 weeks, so I can't comment on that either.
