Summary: It came with an almost good conditon. the company did not respond when I called about the missing pieces.
Comment: well. I was trilled when I received it, but there is few things. the black rubber things at the feet of the step, one was missing, and one was broken.
It's kind of suck to get a new product in a not so new condition. I called the TriCam company, left a message, no one ever called back.
for the product itself is very light and seems to be worth the money. but if you are unlucky like me, good luck on getting a whole of TriCam customer service.

Comment: I already had 2 step ladders in the garage, but they were both rather grungy for indoor use. This one was available at an unbelievable price with free shipping. Nice rubberized feet are friendly to wood floors. Sturdy yet light in weight. Great value!

Comment: This is an inexpensive item, but the quality is excellent. It's lightweight, strong, and the tool tray has all the holes and crevices you need. The locking top step is rather annoying for those of us who aren't used to it, but I'm slowing starting to remember that it's there. I looked at several ladders before I bought this one, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Amazon Prime comes through again - free 2-day shipping on an item that's bigger than a 4th grader.
