Summary: Great for piercings & more
Comment: This soap got me through two 14G lobe piercings and a problematic cartilage piercing, along with non-iodized sea salt soaks. The guy I got it from locally mentioned that he and his fiance use it for everything -- shaving, shampoo, etc. I have to agree. I live in the high desert and have dry skin and occasional eczema, and this "soap" outperforms most shampoos and body washes I've used. I now use this instead of shampoo at least 4 times a week, and it beats the $70 facial cleanser I got from Sephora, too. It has a very mild, soapy smell, and leaves skin soft -- not filmy, like bar soaps.

Summary: Great for new piercings!
Comment: I bought this after my piercer recommended it for my new navel piercing. Since it was my first piercing, I wanted to buy what they recommended to keep good care of it. This soap works great! Lathers up nice, not irritating to the skin, and has a clean smell to it - has kept my piercing in perfect condition!
