Customer Rating: Summary: Great durable Oriole feeder Comment: This is not hard plastic like most. It is softer and won't break so easily. Great product and it has plenty of room to add grape jelly which the Orioles love. I highly recommmend this product.
Customer Rating: Summary: Too tippy! Comment: Unfortunately this product does not work in a windy area. The feeder blows easily and the sticky food ends up on the ground. I have had more success with the bottle type feeders for orioles.
Customer Rating: Summary: Horrible Design Comment: This is a bad idea all together. It's impossible to fill, the little wedges for orange slices don't work right, if it rains it dilutes the solution and you have to start over, it doesn't hang quite straight, you can't clean it without taking it all apart... And last of all I have yet to see an oriole go anywhere near it, they are still using our hummingbird feeders instead.
Customer Rating: Summary: poor design Comment: Oriole feeders with a narrow neck and bulbous shaped container are impossible to clean. So I looked for an alternative, and this looked like it would work. It was easy to clean, but it lists to one side when hung, and the fluid runs out. The important judgement came from the birds. Before I hung this one there were many orioles using the old one. Not one would use the new one. It hung for 10 days with no use and finally I took it down and rehung the old one. Within minutes the orioles were back. I'm still looking for a good, easy to clean oriole feeder that the birds will use.
