Summary: Two boys' review: Share the treasure with this floor puzzle
Comment: Melissa and Doug floor puzzles are very popular in our household. This particular puzzle, on the heels of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" trilogy, is one of their favorites.
We have two children, both younger than 6-years old, and highly recommend this puzzle for kids of the same age. The pieces are easy for young children to handle and the puzzle is very durable after repeated uses.

Summary: Durable Fun Puzzles
Comment: You just can't go wrong with a Melissa and Doug puzzle. The durability of these puzzles is far beyond what you will get with other brands. My 5 yr old son has several, like this one, that he has assembled time and time again since he was only 2. The exterior box will be flattened, worn, and retaped a thousand times, but the puzzle still looks new.

Comment: This puzzle was/is an excellent "challenge" activity, for a small group of youngsters. The bold, colorful graphics appeal to preschoolers.
Young students learn to work as a team to solve the puzzle. Kindergardeners like to find the pieces (hidden around the room) and count ( 10 piles of 10 = 100 ), before assembly begins.
