The product itself works great. Very happy there.
I was however unhappy with the unnecessarily high shipping and "handling" charges.
The product costs enough with without last minute trickery.
Secondly, as another reviewer mentioned, only one rag was microfiber.
Upon reviewing the ad it actually does not state you will receive 3 microfiber rags but rather 3 cleaning rags.
The pictures however CLEARLY show like cloths.
Again I find this unsatisfactory, misleading and not up to my standards of fair practices.
The product sure is good though.

Summary: Very good product with just a small detail.
Comment: I bought this item for a friend and asked later about the results. He was pleasantly surprised with the neat finish his windshields showed after one application. The best part was that with one or two more applications the results were increasingly noticeable and really 'neat.' A good product indeed.
One minor detail was that just one of the three cleaning towels were made of microfiber that protects the surface, the other two were made of a more normal kind of material.
