Comment: I have used earplugs to sleep since college. These earplugs are the best I've used - without question. I found them one day in line at a deli when I saw a construction worker with them in his ears. I asked him where he got them and he gave me a package of two. I haven't used any others since. I can hear the phone and alarm, but all other distracting sounds fade away. I bought this package of 200 so I can change them out for sanitary reasons. A good price for a good night's sleep!
