Comment: Wish I had read these reviews before making the mistake of installing Norton 2006. My once zippy laptop is now slowed to a crawl. Literally takes minutes for internet pages to download.

Comment: After installing this on a corporate IBM laptop the system would freeze after booting. There was no way to recover except by repeated forced shut-downs and learning how to get to the install disk to de-install as fast as possible. Unfortunately the de-install does not take place quickly enough and the system freezes in the middle of the de-install. What a disaster of a product!!!!! I remains to be see if I have ever recover my corporate laptop ...

Comment: After deleting half of the programs on my computer including all Norton Products due to recommendation of incompatibilty from Norton website (!?!) I still can't enter the product key.
I WILL NEVER BUY NORTON AGAIN!!!!!!!
