Comment: ARRIVED BY UPS, WHEN OPENED FOUND ATTACHMENT SHAFT BENT AND NOT ABLE TO TURN, ALSO SPRING THAT HOLDS ATTACHMENTS WAS MISSING. DOES KITCHEN AID HAVE TOO MUCH BUSINESS TO BE ABLE TO INSPECT THEIR PRODUCTS BEFORE PACKING AND SHIPPING. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND KITCHEN AID ANYMORE. I HAVE AN OLD ONE THAT WOULD NEVER FAIL, BUT THE COMPANY HAS GONE THE WAY OF SO MANY BUSINESS' TODAY. POOR PRODUCT QUALITY AND POORER CUSTOMER SERVICE. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Comment: The only problem with the mixer is the 5 lbs. I've gained since I've had it. I bought the pasta roller attachment for it and my current diet of bread (dough hook is wonderful), cookies and pasta led to another purchase--a bike. This mixer is wonderful--I use it so often I never put it away.

Comment: my wife loves this so much we got it for a friend as a wedding gift. I cant review this particular item but we have had the same model the we bought refurbished for 3 years and love it. She makes ice cream, pasta, marshmallows, cakes, and brownies in this thing. The motor seems to be ridiculously strong that it can handle anything.

Comment: My Kitchen Aide Mixer is the best Heavy Duty Mixer that I have ever used--the power and easy access is all right their--I use it now for everything--do not have to go looking under the cabinet for my mixer--I can now make my favorite Cookies---Sugar Cookies---it calls for 5 cups of sugar--YES it does 5 cups No other mixer could handle it without burning them them up the cookie dough was just to heavy this mixer can handle it.

Comment: As with most online shoppers, I did heavy research before purchasing. I simply could not afford a new one, but pined for a powerful KitchenAid mixer. This was a huge outlay of money for me and I was holding my breath til its arrival. Blemish-free, appears and operates like new, thrilled with this offering and very happy.
