Comment: Great sound for the money. Perfect for my podcasts and even my audio cd reports. Simplest installation ever, just plugged it into USB and done.

Comment: We bought this even though the reviews were lukewarm, but the price was right and the performance was perfectly acceptable. While this may not make professional studio recordists happy, for the bulk of us recording church choirs and school groups, it works quite well. Buy the suspension shock mount, and you won't be sorry.

Comment: It's "plug-n-play" if you use Garageband 08. But it simply doesn't work with Logic 8. The instructions on the samsontech.com site are pre-Leopard and don't work. Even if you're running Tiger, their instructions are missing a step. I've tried everything. It's useless. If you want to use it in GB 08, it's fine. But if you want to do more than beginner's recording (like many Mac users), don't buy it. [...]. They got your $ so they don't care anymore.
