Comment: I purchased this pillow as a gift, and it was quite well received! It is an extremely comfortable pillow, and the new foam smell does not linger too long. However, when I purchased the pillow I thought it would support the head and neck more than it does. It is still extremely comfortable, but if you like a lot of support you may want to use this with another pillow or look for something else. I am fairly pleased with it, and would certainly recommend it despite the support issue.

Comment: Bought this pillow for myself in 12/07. Very firm 4# memory foam. Want a softer pillow get the 2-3# foam. I also prefer the standard shape of this pillow instead of the contoured.

Comment: Sadly, I bought four memory-foam pillows that are not soft enough to sleep on -- they're too firm. I expected pillows that would mold to my head and provide a good night's sleep. I would definitely not recommend ordering these pillows.
