Comment: I bought the palm tree specifically for my grandmothers 90th birthday party and I was so excited to use it! I go to blow it up and there's a hole in it! What a bummer! I emailed customer service the next day and the next business day they responded back to me, and today they credited my account. I am very impressed with customer service by pooltoy and will shop from them again! Even my grandmother was looking for the palm tree since I told her about it, too bad it didn't work!
