Summary: LCD blank - 1st time use.
Comment: I got it for our company's 1st Aid station. Right out of the box, the majority of the screen is blank, only two little nonsense characters are visible in the top right-hand corner. You can't set the time and doesn't display correctly. I tried both battery power and with the AC adapter.
This is going right back. Not worth the money.

Summary: Mabis Cuff is Top Shelf
Comment: I now own a Mabis Wrist Blood Pressure monitor and it beats all the others I've owned. It is more comfortable and fits the wrist better. It takes the reading faster and more accurately. It shows me which range my blood pressure is in so there is or isn't a need for concern. It is clear with large digital readout that is great for someone like me with cataracts. If I can read it...anybody can. Also, it keeps a record of my last 60 readings...in memory. Wow!

Summary: broken hand pump
Comment: i have been using this for 4 months and the hand inflation pump no longer works. it has never been easy to use: often timing out and giving an error instead of a reading. i called customer service, but, noone was available. in a way, i am glad it is busted, so, i can buy a new, better one.
