Summary: It really works
Comment: I like this product a lot and have just placed my 3rd order. I'm a vegetarian, so I have a tendancy to eat more carbs. I'm careful what I eat and I take Carb Intercept just before a meal. If I forget, I take it even if I started eating. I havenoticed a difference in keeping my weight where I want it and keep off those last few pounds. Depending on what I'm eating, I usually don't use 6 pills a day; that's a bit pricey. You can probably get by with only 4 of them.
