Comment: Calanetics is the best workout I have ever come across. I discovered it 8 years ago and although I was in a major car accident with damage to my back, this workout made me strong from the inside out. I lost this disk and had to purchase it again. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay strong (becoming thinner is just a by-product of this excersice) who is tired of being tired and who places strength above appearance. Each 30 minute workout gives energy, flexibility without sweat. It sounds unbeliveable but one has to give it a go to find what I have.

Summary: Callanetics rocks!
Comment: I did Callanetics over 10 years ago in college, my roommate had a VHS. I remember it kicking my butt back then, but couldn't find a tape or DVD of it until now!

Recently, I saw an infomercial for Fluidity, and after some research and seeing how expensive it really is and how negative many reviews were, I then searched for Callanetics, the method I remembered from long ago, and was so excited to find it here! I am 30, run about 12 miles a week and eat healthy, but have plateaued on my weight maintenance and muscle tone. I gained about 14 lbs since I finished graduate school that I want to lose, but the weight has stuck on for over a year. :(

I have been doing it for 2 1/2 weeks now, 3 times a week. So far, I have lost 4 pounds, and 1.25 inches from my waist, .5 inch from my hips, and 1" from each thigh! It is amazing how these exercises work!!! I haven't changed a thing in my diet or exercise except for adding Callanetics - it is really working for the toning and sculpting I wasn't getting with jogging. I can't praise it enough! I have told many girlfriends about it, one has purchased it.

It does take discipline, but it is so encouraging because the results are so fast. I am noticeably more toned and flexible. You must try this!

Comment: Everything everyone says about this is true. Transformational work. But, the getting easier as you go along hasn't happened for ME yet. I'm just at ten hours ... I look forward to the changes by hour 19. If you want to change your body for the better, get this and commit to it.
