Summary: Nice stopper but not meant to actual STOP water!
Comment: I recently purchased this stainless stopper by In-Sink-Erator and was somewhat disappointed that it did not fit snuggly into In-Sink-Erator sink/disposal rim though the product claims to do so. (I do have an In-Sink-Erator disposal and water began to slowly drain immediately) When I called In-Sink-Erator directly, I spoke to two different customer service reps that stated the stopper is NOT meant to stop water for any sustained periods of time, only "temporarily" and apologized that the packaging said so. I have had luck in the past with this item but not all In-Sink-Erator sinks/drains will work with this product. Most disappointing. What good is a stopper if it does not stop?
