Summary: Grundig M300R purchased 9/2008
Comment: I mostly listen to late night talk radio on standard AM band. This little radio works better than any other I've tried in pulling stations in and maintaining a stable signal (it rarely fades.) Haven't tried the short wave bands all that much.
I ordered the red one, wouldn't do that again, the plastic has an odd, very flat texture. Not a big deal.
Basically, it's small, cheap, works OK, I like it. Sound quality is fairly good for a small radio.

Comment: Grundig M300BL Mini300PE Handheld Shortwave Radio (Metallic Blue) This little radio is big on performance. You can take it backpacking and you can be sure to find something to listen to where ever you are. It fits nicely in a bicycle handle bar or seat bag. It's small enough to take anywhere and sounds great for its size. Small size, Huge Performance and Great Price.
