Comment: All of Uncle Eddie's cookies are delicious -- it is hard to believe they are vegan. But, the molasses cookies are our favorites. I grew up with homemade molasses cookies, and these are as good as homemade cookies hot from the oven. They are incredibly moist and rich, and they leave a sweet taste in your mouth. We're addicted to them!
