Summary: Great way to cut fabric or paper
Comment: This is my first rotary cutter and I'm very impressed with how well it works. It's extremely sharp and cuts through fabric and paper easily. The blades can easily be changed whether you want the normal blade or the specialty blades like the "pinking" or "scalloping" ones. The handle on this Fiskars is very comfortable, a welcome relief from uncomfortable scissor handles. I use this with a slotted ruler and a cutting mat to cut perfectly straight lines and am very happy with the results.
