Comment: I have got the curliest hair possible. Apart from being curly, my hair has a lot of volume too. This makes it hard for any hot iron to make it straight in one go. But this product works amazingly to any kind of hair.

Comment: I like the temperature settings that this product features. The temperature settings allow me to share this product with someone of a different hair type. I have not burned myself yet, thats partially due to the handy grip on the end see photo for clarification. Hope you buy the product as it was recommended to me by a friend.

Summary: Does Not Straighten and Damages Hair
Comment: This product does not straighten my hair and tends to simply burn it (even on lower settings) and cause damage. It is not nearly as effective as the one I bought at CVS on sale for $15.99. I decided to upgrade to protect my hair and b/c it is says it is a professional model; however, it does not work and I am back to using my old one, which I will simply replace.

Comment: I just got my flat iron yesterday. It worked well. I didnt have any issues with my hair getting stuck in it at all. I just a product to protect my hair, so that may help. I recommend this iron.
