Comment: I had heard llora alma mia on the radio a few times and had to have it so I had to go to record stores and look [dumb] telling the girl I don't know spanish (though she thinks I look spanish) and trying to sing her the song with no words so she could pick up the melody. Well worth it, and I'm glad I didn't get one of the bachata mixes that it's on because this entire cd is great; I've been playing it since March non-stop.

Comment: He aqui un disco maravilloso de un joven bachatero que no ha recibido la atencion que merece. El disco esta lleno de exitos pero no creo haya recibido la atencion merecida quizas porque el ano 2000 tuvo muchos "hits" de bachata o a lo mejor no tuvo una buena promocion. Quien sabe. Sin embargo, no dudes en comprarlo porque el cd es excepcional y tiene muchas canciones que vas a reconocer como "La noche", "Llora alma mia", "No te detengas" (la version original es un vallenato pero muy bien hecha en bachata), "Si te llego a perder" y " Jamas te olvidare" por nombrar algunas. Ademas de los buenos arreglos, ritmos y temas este disco tiene un aire de nostalgia por lo tanto puede llamar la atencion de todas las edades. Reitero que el disco es muy bueno y no es tarde si decides tenerlo en tu coleccion porque el publico oyente finalmente esta prestando atencion a la musica de Yoskar Sarante. Recomiendo este y tambien su disco nuevo "No es casualidad" que ahora esta a la venta.

Summary: The Sleeper CD!!
Comment: Yoskar Sarante "EL Prabu" has been on the scene for a while. In his 5th Album, he has formulated his style like no other with the super hit "Llora Alma Mia". "No te detengas" and " La noche" are sure-fire hits, too. The production on the album is very catchy with creative riffs that sounds great. I call it "The Sleeper CD" because it took a while for bachata listeners to actually notice that "EL Prabu" has "hits" all over this CD.

Comment: I bought this cd after seeing the title song's video. Although the budget for the video was obviously less than desirable, the song was very catchy. I found my self humming the tune the rest of the day. This cd makes me move and I have enjoyed having it.
